“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person making a booking or using our services.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.

• Customers must provide accurate booking information.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure pickup and destination details are correct.
• Flight information should be supplied for airport pickups whenever possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All quoted prices are provided in Pound Sterling (£).

• Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for changes to the booking, extra stops, waiting time or upgraded vehicle requirements.
• Payment may be required in advance or at the time of travel, depending on the booking arrangement.

4. Airport Pickups

Where flight details are supplied, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.

Airport pickups may include a complimentary waiting period. Additional waiting charges may apply once this period has expired.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Being ready at the agreed pickup time.
• Providing accurate booking information.
• Ensuring luggage requirements are disclosed during booking.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Vehicle Capacity

Customers must ensure the selected vehicle is suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage being transported.

The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation where safety limits or vehicle capacities would be exceeded.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Delays

While every effort is made to ensure punctual service, the Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Airport delays
• Vehicle accidents involving third parties
• Public emergencies

9. Liability

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the booking in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, missed connections, business losses or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Conduct

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, dangerous or unlawful.

Any damage caused to vehicles by passengers may result in additional charges.

11. Lost Property

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost items, the Company accepts no responsibility for property left in vehicles.

12. Data Protection

Any personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
