Additional charges may apply if changes significantly alter the journey distance, duration or vehicle requirements.

Flight Delays and Monitoring

We monitor incoming flights where flight details have been provided at the time of booking.

Where possible, pickup times will be adjusted to accommodate delayed arrivals without additional charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Driver Waiting Time

Airport pickups include a reasonable waiting period following the flight landing time.

Additional waiting charges may apply where passengers are significantly delayed beyond the included waiting period.

Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, customers will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements where available.
